Lead with a clear professional identity
Use your name prominently and add a concise professional summary when it helps explain your profile. A good summary tells the reader your area of expertise, level of experience and the kind of value you bring.
Make experience specific
Replace generic statements with evidence. Describe what you built, improved, delivered, managed or changed. Numbers can help when they are meaningful: revenue, time saved, users reached, projects shipped or systems supported.
Match the job description honestly
